1. 15-day full refund policy
The short version: If your Ice Cap Pro arrives defective, damaged, or you're simply not satisfied with it, you can request a full refund within 15 days of delivery. No long forms, no fine-print traps — just reach out and we'll guide you through it.
7.1 What's covered
We want you to feel completely confident buying Ice Cap Pro. That's why we offer a 15-day, no-hassle, full refund policy from the date your order is delivered. You are eligible for a full refund if, within 15 days of delivery, any of the following apply:
- Defective product — the cap has a manufacturing fault, such as a leaking fill port, broken strap or buckle, faulty stitching, or material defect.
- Damaged in transit — the product arrived physically damaged, torn, or visibly affected during shipping.
- Wrong item received — you received a different product, colour, or variant than what you ordered.
- Not as described — the product is materially different from what was shown and described on this website or the product listing.
- Simply not satisfied — if Ice Cap Pro doesn't work for you for any reason, including comfort, fit, or general dissatisfaction, you may return it for a full refund within the 15-day window.
In short: defective, damaged, or any other reason — if it's within 15 days of delivery, we'll make it right with a full refund.
7.2 Refund window
The 15-day period begins from the date of delivery as recorded by the courier/retail platform, not the date of purchase. Refund requests raised after the 15th day from delivery will not be eligible under this policy, except where required by applicable law.
7.3 Condition for return
To keep the process fair and fast for everyone, please return the product in the condition described below wherever possible:
- The product should be unused beyond the extent necessary to inspect or test it, and free of damage caused by misuse.
- Please include the original box, funnel, and any accessories that came with your order, where possible.
- For hygiene reasons, products showing signs of heavy use, alteration, or damage caused after delivery (not related to a defect) may be assessed individually — but this will never be used to unfairly deny a genuine defect or damage claim.
If your return is for a confirmed defect or shipping damage, none of the above affects your refund — we'll process it regardless of the product's condition on return, since the fault wasn't yours.
7.4 How to request a refund
- Contact us at support@aecure.com or via our Contact page within 15 days of delivery.
- Share your order ID, the date of delivery, and a short description of the issue (photos help if the product is defective or damaged).
- Our team will confirm your eligibility and share simple return instructions, including the return address.
- Once the product is received back (or, for confirmed transit damage, once your claim is verified), we'll process your refund.
7.5 Refund method & timeline
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method used on the platform, in line with that platform's refund processing timelines.
- Once we confirm and approve your refund, it is typically initiated within 3–5 business days. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 5–7 business days to reflect the amount, depending on their own processing times.
- You'll receive a confirmation message once your refund has been initiated.
7.6 Return shipping costs
- If the return is due to a defect, damage, wrong item, or our error, Aecure covers the return shipping cost.
- If the return is due to a change of mind or general dissatisfaction, a reasonable return shipping cost may be deducted from your refund, unless covered by the retail platform's own return policy at the time of your order.
7.7 Exchanges
Prefer a replacement instead of a refund — for example, if your unit was defective but you'd still like to try Ice Cap Pro? Let us know when you reach out, and we'll arrange a replacement unit at no extra cost wherever stock allows, instead of a refund.
2. Cancellations
If you'd like to cancel an order before it has shipped, please do so directly through the our platform where you placed the order, or contact us immediately and we'll do our best to assist before dispatch. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be cancelled — but you remain fully covered under our 15-day refund policy above once it's delivered.
3. Intellectual property
All content on this website — including the Aecure name and logo, the Ice Cap Pro name, product photography, graphics, and written content — is the property of Aecure and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use this content commercially without our prior written consent.
4. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Aecure shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of Ice Cap Pro, or from your use of this website. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for the Product. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable consumer protection law.
